Get QR token end (partner)

GET

/api/v1/partner/contracts/{id}/qr-token-end

Partner gets the end QR token to display as a QR code. Institution scans this QR and calls PATCH contracts/:id/finish-work with the scanned token to complete work (working → awaiting_review).
Partner Authentication Required. Contract must be in working status.
